EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY & LIVESTREAM SERVICES
EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY:
$275 per hour Two-hour minimum Event photography includes professional coverage, carefully edited high-resolution images, and a private online gallery for viewing and downloading.
Additional Photographer: $100 per hour
Priority 48-hour gallery delivery: $200
On-site photo prints: Starting at $175
LIVESTREAM SERVICES:
Livestream services start at $450. Final pricing depends on event length, location, number of cameras, audio requirements, internet availability, recording needs, and streaming platforms.
TRAVEL:
Travel within 30 one-way miles of St. Louis is included. Additional round-trip mileage is charged at $0.70 per mile.
RETAINER AND PAYMENT:
A nonrefundable retainer of 30% or $100—whichever is greater—is required to reserve the event date. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event. Contact Grace Photography STL for a customized quote based on your event needs.
